FRESH MARKET REVITALIZATION
Established in 2013, Hong Kong Market is responsible for fresh market revitalization, operation, and management. Through an advanced management model, we aim to improve the overall environment and quality of the markets, constituting a more convenient and comfortable shopping environment for the residents. This starts a new chapter for the Hong Kong market culture. We are supervising 30+ fresh markets scattered all around Hong Kong in 2022.
SUPERMARKET
Pioneering innovative retail concepts, integrating elements of fresh market, supermarket and gourmet, we provide customers with a one-stop new lifestyle concept supermarket. We own two supermarket brands, "FRESH" and "Hong Kong Flavour", and set up a total of 7 branches in Hong Kong. The largest branch occupies more than 20,000 sq. ft. to satisfy the needs of daily life.
DAILY FOOD
We have historical experience in the wholesale and retail of various types of fresh food. To maintain the quality and safety of the products, the Group offers one-stop services from farming, wholesaling to retailing.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
With years of experience in F&B, we blend the features of local F&B with innovative concepts in interior design and cuisines, bringing a brand-new experience to the customers. For now, we launched 11 specialized brands for a wide variety of gourmets.
FOOD TRADING
Focuses on frozen food, food processing and wholesale businesses, our business includes global sourcing, processed food, packaged food, marinated meat, Chinese bun, rice & dim sum, stewed soup.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are a one-stop service provider, from project management, design, construction to licensing and maintenance. With our professional team, LEMON formulates and performs all-in-one holistic revitalisation projects from the beginning of planning, design, licensing, construction, and management to subsequent maintenance.
FIRE SERVICES
We are a professional building services contractor with Class 1 & 2 Fire Service Installation Contractor and years of contracting experiences of different licensed premises. We provide one-stop service including but not limited to fire service consultation, fire service equipment installation and maintenance services.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
As a cleaning service contractor, professional and holistic environment services are offered for large-scale venues and shopping malls. Innovative technology has been incorporated in our operations for boosting the standard of our work. However, we do not compromise with the service quality for efficiency. Eco-friendly detergent and sterilizer are used for our services with minimised effect on human and environment, endeavouring to building a clean and sustainable society.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Uni-China Asset Management Ltd. creates and maximises values to the capital itself and to the community by revitalising, developing, operating, maintaining and escalating different assets through revitalisation projects under the brand which is known as U PLACE. As of now, 2 shopping malls in areas with great potential will be launched in 2022.
COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS
Dedicated to providing the best cold chain logistics services with our smart distribution centre and fleet. One-stop total solution from shipment collection to end-customer distribution can be offered to our clients. High level of automation and perfect cold chain infrastructure will set a new standard of cold chain logistics in Hong Kong.
